Hope for HIE is excited to welcome Maggie Jalowsky to the staff as Clinical Research Program Manager. Maggie brings years of experience and expertise to the role in building research platforms for patient advocacy, and patient-centered research. Previously, Maggie worked with Children's National in Washington DC, the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), and most recently with Sick Cells, a national advocacy nonprofit for sickle cell disease where she grew both the research and advocacy platforms.
She will be managing the growth of Hope for HIE's research partnerships and platforms, including the HIE registry as it gears up to enroll the first patient-families this year, as the organization continues to accelerate research across the many ways it impacts children and families.
