Join Hope for HIE on Monday, September 14, at 8:00 PM ET for our video support group designated for parents and legal guardians of children diagnosed with HIE who are 10 years of age or older.
➡️ This closed Zoom meeting provides a supportive space for parents of older children to connect, share experiences, and discuss ways to continue navigating the HIE journey as their children grow and their needs change.
Together, we’ll create space to talk about:
- Navigating the HIE journey through adolescence and beyond
- Changing needs, expectations, and developmental milestones
- Supporting growing independence and self-advocacy
- The emotional challenges that can come with parenting an older child with HIE
- Finding connection with other parents who understand the long-term HIE journey
